There is a lesson in every situation; in these three sessions, I will help you find it! At $50 a session, its a steal compared to licensed therapist/counseling costs.
I AM YOUR PERSON. With this package, you'll recieve THREE 30 minute telephone sessions to discuss whatever is taking your smile from you at the moment. You will also recieve notes from the sessions with follow ups and action items. The sessions are completely private and confidential; rest easy, knowing that what is discussed will never be shared with any other party, regardless of circumstance. Upon purchase and after return of information packet, you will be contacted for a complementary 15 minute session to discuss date/time of sessions, along with an introduction into who I am and how I can be of benefit to you.
The sessions are outlined as follows:
Session 1: Understanding the situation
Lets discuss where you currently are, how you got there, the desired resolve, and any emotion wrapped in it. This includes, but is not limited to: self confidence, work homelife balance, relationships of all kinds, work stagnation, finances, depression and more.
Session 2: Tackling the situation
Lets create a plan to resolve the situation based on the desired result. We will tailor your approach to you and the unique speedbump we need to get you over. The includes, but is not limited to: self care exercises and plans, financial counseling, suggestion of other services, organization, confidence building and more.
Session 3: Re-evaluating the situation
Let's take a look at where you are in the situation again and plan next steps. Evaluating the progress will allow us to continue to plan to push forward. The desired result is to regain your smile and confidence in the situation. We will discuss how to avoid this same situation going forward.
Maybe you do not have a problem to fix, but instead just need an unbias, non-judgemental ear to vent to. Feel free to use the sessions for that as well.
If more sessions are needed, they can be purchased at a discounted rate.
Once purchased, please fill out information inventory packet. Upon receipt, you will be contacted to set up a date and time for each session.
